UX/UI design optimised company bicycle management platform
By redesigning the Firmenradl portal, we wanted to optimise user guidance and improve usability for employees, employers and retailers. The DCCS team was able to implement all these requirements in record time. The joint project is a lighthouse project for agile software development. Cooperation was excellent, especially in terms of teamwork, but also in terms of the quality of the user experience and user interface design.

The task
Redesigning firmenradl.at adhering to an extremely tight schedule with the goal of achieving optimal, target group oriented user guidance and effortless usability for all users, especially end customers.
The solution
The front-end was designed and realised using a B2C solution that meets the highest usability demands and works perfectly on smart phones. Design alternatives were created proactively from an end user perspective, developed further with customers and implemented in a timely fashion. Agile project execution, regular coordination meetings and joint decision making as well as excellent cooperation have made it possible to stick to the tight schedule.
